I agree with Ben and eveyone who expressed feeling a
need for understanding and support even if it's from
strangers. We all need validation and support. I've
found much of my support from my pets, flowers, nature,
and meaningful articles, books, You Tube videos, etc.
There's more ways to gain support (and happiness) than
from family or friends. MANY MORE.
So, take heart, and know that you are not alone. EVER.
We're here for you. Other HSP's understand and know how
it is to live life as a sensitive person. It's challenging,
sometimes, if you consider living in the mainstream. But,
totally delightful, even magical, if you cherish your real
GIFTS (of which you have many) and uniqueness and value
them (and yourself) DEARLY.
