Dancer's doing so well! He drives the little red cart like a pro. And, he's only two years old! Amazing. We were meant for each other, and I love him so much in the one short month I've had him well, five weeks, ok.
He's charming, gentle, sweet, willing, forward moving and all mine. I can't believe it and hope we're together for a very long time--well into both of our old ages. He likes me, I can tell. And, of course, I'm over the moon about him!
Here's some pix from last week. I had so much fun driving him all around the farm! This much happiness negates toxicity and depression, I'm sure of it. I had a rough week when a mobile car mechanic replaced a ball joint on my car and ended up causing more trouble! I had to take the car into the dealership to the tune of $300 on top of the $150 I paid this lousy incompetent mechanic. Live and learn. Penny wise, pound foolish---that's me. At least it was this week.
But, I digress. What I started to say was that, despite some setbacks and the usual disappointments and sadness that Calvin's kept inside all the time, a prisoner kitty-cat in his own house, (which he hates) I still felt lighthearted. Why? Because Dancer's doing so well, seems to enjoy driving and loves me. I feel it. And, that's worth being happy about.
Now, for the most recent photos of driving Dancer!
